At Alreef for Meats, we always strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction, so we have established this policy to clarify how to return and exchange items in a clear and simple way:
1. Refund Conditions
You can request a refund if the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The return is made within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
A purchase receipt or order number must be attached with the returned product.
Products that cannot be refunded: frozen meats after opening the packaging, or any products damaged due to personal use.
2. Exchange Conditions
You can exchange the product if the following conditions are met:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The exchange is made within 48 hours from the date of receipt.

Send the order number and the reason for the refund or exchange.
The method of sending the product to us or receiving it will be determined through the delivery representative.
After verifying the product, the amount will be refunded or exchanged for a new product.
4. Refund of Money
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
The refund process may take 1–3 business days depending on the bank or payment method.
5. Important Notes
The product must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened and unused.
In case of any damage or improper use, the store has the right to refuse the request.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and updates will be posted on this page.
Sacrifices are not refundable or redeemable.
The golden warranty does not cover sacrifices or barbecue boxes (sacrifices cannot be exchanged or refunded, and if the customer does not wish to Islam, they are handed over to charitable organizations).
The last date to cancel the order is the 7th of Dhu al-Hijjah.
